MOBILE WITHOUT THE AUTO – HOW DO WE GET THERE?

An exhibition of original photography by area photographers from Swarthmore, Rutledge, Wallingford, Nether Providence, and Rose Valley will be on display from August 3 through August 29, 2017 at Swarthmore Borough Hall, 121 Park Avenue, Swarthmore. The public is invited to view the photography, which is free and open to the public during the Hall’s hours of operation.
The “Are We There Yet?” exhibit is aFewSteps.org sponsored photo contest presented by the Swarthmore Friends of the Arts in the Swarthmore Borough Hall venue. The show reflects a wide variety of perspectives and subject matter to share and celebrate all the ways we get from Point A to Point B – without taking the car. Exhibitors include local photographers, both amateur and professional, that took to the streets to photograph various ways we arrive at our destination.
Exhibit hours are M-Th 9am – 8pm, Fri 10am – 7pm, Sat 10am – 3pm, Sun 1 – 5pm.
The exhibit is sponsored by Swarthmore Friends of the Arts, the community group responsible for the rotating art exhibits at Swarthmore Borough Hall. For information about Swarthmore Friends of the Arts visit www.swarthmorearts.org.
