21st Celebrate Swarthmore Photographers Exhibit

The October 2017 Celebrate Swarthmore Photographers Exhibit is fast approaching. The show will be held at Swarthmore Borough Hall for the month of October. The public is invited to the artists’ reception on Friday October 6 from 6 to 8 pm, which is free, child friendly, and open to the public. There will be wine and cheese along with live music by Jessica Graae.

An exhibition of original photography by area photographers from Swarthmore, Rutledge, Wallingford, Nether Providence, and Rose Valley will be on display from October 4 through October 31, 2017, at Swarthmore Borough Hall, 121 Park Avenue, Swarthmore.  The exhibit is free and open to the public during the Hall’s hours of operation.

Exhibitors include:  Charles D Messina, Kathy Agostinelli, Andrea Knox, Jonathan Hodgson, Kim Scott, Wendelin Ray, Ditte Lovatt, Eileen Morrissey, Dorothy Lee, Ginny Davis, Stephen Platt, Al Richardson, Gabi Weisfeld, Christopher Schmucki, Andy Shelter, Michelle Fairley, Emily Richardson, Victoria Miller, Dina Cianci, Tony Collins, & Tony Kou.

Exhibit hours are M-Th 9am – 8pm, Fri 10am – 7pm, Sat 10am – 3pm, Sun 1 – 5pm.

MOBILE WITHOUT THE AUTO – HOW DO WE GET THERE?

 

An exhibition of original photography by area photographers from Swarthmore, Rutledge, Wallingford, Nether Providence, and Rose Valley will be on display from August 3 through August 29, 2017 at Swarthmore Borough Hall, 121 Park Avenue, Swarthmore.  The public is invited to view the photography, which is free and open to the public during the Hall’s hours of operation.

The “Are We There Yet?” exhibit is aFewSteps.org sponsored photo contest presented by the Swarthmore Friends of the Arts in the Swarthmore Borough Hall venue.  The show reflects a wide variety of perspectives and subject matter to share and celebrate all the ways we get from Point A to Point B – without taking the car.  Exhibitors include local photographers, both amateur and professional, that took to the streets to photograph various ways we arrive at our destination.
